Redshirt junior Ty Groce led the Eagles with nine points to go along with five rebounds. Redshirt senior Boubacar Toure added seven points to join his six rebounds and a pair of steals.
Freshman Chris James had a career-high four steals along with six points, shooting a perfect 4-of-4 from the charity stripe. Junior Jalen King paced the Eagles with 10 rebounds for a new career-high.
Cassius Winston had 21 points and seven assists for Michigan State, which has won four straight games. MSU's Foster Loyer scored a season-high 13 points, Aaron Henry had 12 points, Xavier Tillman scored 11, and Marcus Bingham added 10 points.
