In the second quarter, the White squad took the lead with a 24-yard field goal by junior Jerry Fitschen.
In the third quarter, sophomore QB Kato Nelson connected with redshirt senior WR Kwadarrius Smith on a 65-yard touchdown pass for the Blue squad, completing a six-play, 95-yard drive to give Blue a 10-6 lead.
In the fourth quarter, Blue capped the 17-6 game victory with a 10-yard touchdown pass from redshirt freshman QB Alex Ramart to sophomore WR Nate Stewart.

At halftime, the coaching staff honored several players for their work during spring drills. Earning offensive MVP honors was senior RB Van Edwards. Showing the Most Improvement during spring drills were senior TE Darryl Long and sophomore OL Brandon Council. The offensive Unsung Hero was redshirt freshman TE Maverick Wolfley .
Sharing defensive MVP honors were seniors CB Kyron Brown and LB Ulysees Gilbert III. Showing the Most Improvement were seniors S Shawn Featherstone and LB Brian Bell. The defensive Unsung Hero was senior CB Denzel Butler.
For their work in the weight room, senior OL Kyle Ritz earned offensive MVP honors, while senior CB Kyron Brown took home defensive MVP honors. The most improved honor went to redshirt freshman LB Bubba Arslanian.
