BUFFALO, NY - Marreon Jackson scored 20 points, while Ryan Rollins and Setric Millner Jr. combined for 35 as Toledo downed Buffalo 80-70 Friday night at Alumni Arena.

Toledo hit 10-of-22 shots (45.5%) from long distance and held UB to 2-of-14 (14.3%) on trey attempts. The Rockets also had seven less turnovers, helping to offset a 53-30 Buffalo rebound advantage.
Jeenathan Williams led Buffalo scoring with 19 pointsand also contributed 10 boards. Ronaldo Segu and Jayvon Graves cntributed 11 points each,while Josh Mballa registered a game-high 13 rebounds to go with nine points.
Toledo owned a 40-32 halftime lead, but UB pulled even at 48-all following a Jayvon Graves free throw at 13:55. The hosts were in front 61-59 before Jackson kicked off a 9-1 Rocket run with triple. It was the first of his seven points in the stretch. His layup at 1:38 gave the visitors a 71-61 lead that UB was unable to overcome.
With its first loss in four games, Buffalo fell to 7-5 MAC, 9-7 overall. Toledo notched its second straight win after two losses and raised its record to a MAC-best 13-3, 18-6 overall.
