That included a 9-9 regular season MAC record that was good enough for a No. 7 seed in the MAC tournament. Akron, who went on the win the tourney, knocked MU out early.
Although the RedHawks lost several key performers from the 2023-24 team, there is significant optimism surrounding this year's squad.
