DUSTIN FORD Shortly after announcing that UA head coach John Groce was departing to lead the College of Charleston program, Akron Athletics announced associate head coach Dustin Ford is stepping up to guide the Zips.
Groce came to Akron from Ohio in 2017 and guided the team to six Mid-American Conference championships and four NCAA postseason appearances
