Bowling Green failed to win a contest in its five-game season, and its smallest margin of defeat in that span was 25 points. The Falcons are still a very young team on both sides of the ball. This is especially true along the lines, so stopping -- or moving -- an SEC team will be a challenge.

Head Coach Jeremy Pruitt and staff were dismissed and Tennessee also replaced Athletic director Phillip Fulmer with Central Florida's Danny White. He, in turn, subsequently hired UCF coach Josh Heupel to take over as head coach.
Heupel's resume reflects success on the offensive side, with his UCF teams being ranked among the nation's leaders. Volunteer fans can hope his success continues, as UT ranked 13th among SEC teams in scoring last year.
Numerous players had indicated they were going to transfer and some did. The offensive line was one of the areas hit.
Joe Milton III, a redshirt junior is set to start at QB, with Tiyon Evans and Jabari Small will see action at running back. Velus Jones Jr. JaVonta Payton, Jalin Hyatt and Cedric Tillman are experienced targets.
Tennessee is replacing part of its linebacking corps, but Jeremy Banks is back to anchor that group. Jaylen McCollough and Trevon Flowers are returning safeties.
