The Falcons struggled . . .

. . . shooting the ball, going 19-for-63 for the game, including a 2-for-20 mark from three-point range. Old Dominion went 29-of-65 from the floor, 8-for-22 from long range, and 22-of-29 from the charity stripe.  Bowling Green was outrounded in the game, 49-38.

The Falcons were down just eight with 4:19 to go in the opening half, but the Monarchs finished the half on a 10-2 run to take a 39-23 lead into the half.

Bowling Green scored the first bucket of the second half to get the lead back down to 14, but Old Dominion pushed the lead above 20 at the 16:36 mark, and controlled the game for the remainder of the contest.
