TOLEDO, OH -- Marreon Jackson notched a triple-double and Spencer Littleson scored 25 points as the Toledo Rockets broke a two-game losing streak with an 87-75 win over Miami Tuesday at Savage Arena.

The Rockets (12-3 MAC, 17-6 overall) hit 49.1 percent overall and knocked down 15-of-34 (44.1%) on treys. Miami, meanwhile, had two less field goals and four less treys. The RedHawks (5-6 MAC, 8-8 overall) connected on 38.2 percent overall and 31.4 percent from long distance.
Delonte Brown led MU with 21 points and 11 rebounds. He was 6-of-10 from the field and hit three-of-seven treys. The senior drained all six free throws. Dae Dae Grant was the only other RedHawk in double figures, sinking 7-of-20 shots.
The game was tied at 21 with 11:43 left in the first half when Toledo went on an 11-1 run. Littleson scored the last five points, putting the hosts up 32-22.
Isaiah Coleman-Lands’ triple with 1:22 remaining pulled MU within six, but the Rockets carried a 46-37 lead into intermission.
