
Central Michigan's Chris Fowler and Kent State's Jimmy Hall were named to this year's All-MAC First Team, marking the second consecutive season that each were selected for the honor. Joining them on the 2015-16 First Team is Akron's Isaiah Johnson, Ohio's Antonio Campbell and Toledo'sNathan Boothe. This is the first All-MAC honor of any kind for Akron's Johnson and Ohio's Campbell. Toledo's Boothe was an All-MAC honorable mention last season.

All-MAC Third Team honors went to Buffalo teammates Lamonte Bearden & Blake Hamilton, Central Michigan's Braylon Rayson, Northern Illinois' Marin Maric & Toledo's Jonathan Williams.
Rounding out this year's team as Honorable Mentions were Akron's Antino Jackson, Bowling Green's Spencer Parker, Eastern Michigan's Raven Lee & Miami teammates Eric Washington &Geovonie McKnight.
The MAC All-Freshman Team was made up of Eastern Michigan's Thompson, Akron's Josh Williams, Buffalo's C.J. Massinburg, NIU's Marshawn Wilson & Ohio's Jordan Dartis.
A new award for 2015-16, the All-Defensive Team was made up of Ball State's House, Buffalo'sWillie Conner, Eastern Michigan's Tim Bond, Kent State's Khaliq Spicer & Northern Illinois' Aaric Armstead.
Men's First Round action takes place tonight as No. 8 Eastern Michigan hosts No. 9 Toledo, No. 7 Northern Illinois hosts No. 10 Western Michigan, No. 6 Ball State hosts No. 11 Miami & No. 5 Kent State hosts No. 12 Bowling Green.
