● UK has won 10 of its past 14 regular season games, dating back to last year. That stretch includes a win at No. 11 Louisville.
● The ‘Cats rank ninth nationally in rushing defense (89.2 ypg).
● Kentucky ranks third in the SEC and 15th nationally in turnover margin (+5).
● Two big pieces on the defensive side are Josh Allen and Denzil Ware (aka Blitz Brothers). Over the past two seasons, they combined for 162 tackles, 25 tfl, 16 sacks, nine QB hurries and four forced fumbles.
● Cornerbacks Derrick Balty Jr., Chris Westry and sfety Mike Edwards have combined for 72 career starts, including the last 18 games.
● Sophomore RB Benny Snell Jr. is averaging 82.8 ypg. Over the last six SEC games, he has 139 carries, 674 yards and seven TDs, while averaging 4.85 ypc.
● Senior QB Stephen Johnson II completed 17 of 25 passes for 196 yards and three scores against Florida.
● Senior wideout Garret “Juice” Johnson has caught a pass in 15 consecutive games and ranks sixth on the school’s all-time career receiving yards list.
● Charles Walker is averaging 21.5 yards per punt return. That leads the SEC and is fifth nationally.
● Junior TE C.J. Conrad owns nine catches for 195 yards and three scores in four games.
● The Eagles have been strong out of the game, but last tasked victory back on Sept. 9 (16-13 at Rutgers). They had a bye week after that and then lost to Ohio 27-20 in two overtimes last week.
● Senior quarterback Brogan Roback has been a big part of the Eagles rise, especially last season, when EMU reached a bowl game. He is completing 60.5 percent of his passes in 2017. His 69 completions have yielded 798 yards and two touchdowns, with two interceptions.
● RB Shaq leads the Eagles with 49 carries for 186 yards, but has yet to score a TD in 2017. Junior Ian Ericksen owns all three EMU rushing touchdowns.
● Sergio Bailey II (17 catches, 267 yards, 1 TD) and Antoine Porter (14 catches, 177 yards, 1 TD) have almost half the teams receptions and both receiving scores.
● Kicker Paul Fricano has made all six extra points and six of seven field goals, with a long of 41 this season.
