ATHENS -- Forward Maurice Daly Ndour posted a double double with 21 points and 12 rebounds Tuesday to lead Ohio past Arkansas – Pine Bluff, 69-60. Javarez Willis (16) and Mike Laster (10) also reached double figures.
Ohio had one more field goal than the Lions as the ‘Cats connected on 22-of-49 (44%.). A-PB hit 21-of-64 (32.8%), but it had three more treys. The big difference came at the foul line. Ohio netted 21-of-27, while the Golden Lions made 11-of-14.
Ohio, which also owned a 43-32 advantage in rebounds, led by two (30-28) at the half.
Marcel Mosley (20) and Ghiavonni Robinson (15) paced the Lions’ offense.
