Ray Guy Award Watch List

MAC Reporter Online continues its roundup of college football Award watch lists with the Ray Guy Award Watch List. 

The Ray Guy Award has been handed out since 2000 and is named after the former Southern Mississippi punter, who was an unaminous All-American selection in 1972 and the only punter selected in the first round of the NFL Draft.

. . . mark the first time in three years that a new punter will win the award. Utah's Tom Hackett captured back-to-back Ray Guy Awards in 2014 and 2015 and is now in the New York Jets organization.

The winner of the Ray Guy Award will be unveiled on Dec. 8 during The Home Depot College Football Awards on ESPN.
