● MTSU scored a total of mine points in losses to Vanderbilt and Minnesota. It’s shining moment was a 30-23 win over Syracuse in the Carrier Dome in Week Two.
Shane Tucker’s 10-yard TD reception with 6:46 remaining was the game winner.
● The Blue Raiders posted a 41-27 win at Bowling Green last year in the only previous meeting between the two programs.
● Junior QB Brent Stockstill did not play last week. John Urzua saw his first action last week, completing 19 of 34 passes for 135 yards with two interceptions.
● MTSU has a total of just 63 yards rushing over three games, while it has passed for 289.3 ypg.
● Richie James leads the receiving corps with 19 catches for 206 yards and two TDs. Ty Lee and Patrick Smith have combined for 24 receptions for 221 yards with one score.
● Cannon Rooker converted the one field goal he attempted – good from 45 yards out.

● BGSU is coming off a 49=7 loss at Northwestern.
● Brandon Harris and Nate Locke led BGSU with nine tackles apiece at Northwestern.
● James Morgan completed 45 of 106 passes (42.5%) for 622 yards with two TDs and two picks. Jarret Doege has hit 12 of 18 passes for 90 yards.
● Josh Cleveland (30 carries, 157 yards, 1 TD) and Donovan Wilson (22 carries, 67 yards) have carried the bulk of the rushing load.
● Junior Datrin Guyton tops the receiving corps with 10 receptions for 245 yards. Scott Miller owns 11 catches for 121 yards and a score, while Teo Redding pulled in 10 blls for 112 yards and a TD.
● Kicker Jake Bruder is perfect with three PATs and five field goals, with a long of 40.
