BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo Bulls added some size to its offensive line with the addition of JUCO transfer Trey Bowman. The 6-4, 285 lb. native of Carter Lake, IA comes to UB from Iowa Western Community College and will be eligible for the 2015 season. He will have three years of eligibility remaining.
At Iowa Western, Bowman helped lead the Reivers to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Championship Game in 2014. Iowa Western, coached by Scott Strohmeier, was the top-ranked JUCO team in the nation during the regular season.

Bowman was a three-year letter winner and one-year team captain for head coach Kevin Culjat at St. Albert Catholic High School. He was named first-team All-State, All-City, All-District and All-Western Iowa his senior season and helped the Falcons to a 10-1 record. He was named first-team All-City, All-District, All-Western Iowa and second-team All-State as a junior.

"He comes from one of the best junior college programs in the country in Iowa Western Community College. He is going to compete for playing time on the offensive line and add quality depth.
