• Bowling Green took a 57-53 lead with 4:51 to play, but Green Bay scored four-straight points and hit a three-pointer to tie the game at 57-57 with 2:04 to play.
• Demajeo Wiggins then hit a free throw with 1:38 to play to give BGSU a one-point lead, but the Phoenix answered with a triple with 1:30 to go in regulation.
• After a missed BGSU layup, Wiggins grabbed an offensive rebound, and tied the game at 60-60 with 58 seconds left with a layup.
• The Phoenix hit a jumper to take a 62-60 lead with 40 seconds remaining, before Wiggins secured another huge offensive rebound, and drew a foul. He hit both free throws to knot the game at 62-62 with 23 seconds remaining.
• On the last possession of the second half, the Falcon defense stood tall, poked the ball away, and didn't even allow Green Bay to get a shot off.
• The Falcons lead by as many as eight points in overtime. Rodrick Caldwell nailed a trey with 2:18 to play to give the Falcons a 73-65 lead.
• That triple was preceded by a Wiggins dunk and Antwon Lillard layup.
• Justin Turner scored the first four points of the overtime period, hitting two free throws and then converting a back-door layup to give the Falcons a 68-64 lead with 4:05 to play. The Wiggins and Lillard scores followed, and then Caldwell capped the mini 9-1 run to give the Falcons an eight-point lead.
• Green Bay then scored nine of the next 11 points, pulling within a single point at 75-74 with 34 seconds remaining.
• Matt Fox came off the bench, and promptly hit a pair of free throws with 24 seconds to go, giving BG a 77-74 lead. Caldwell made two more free throws to inch the lead up to five points with 15 seconds on the overtime clock.
• Green Bay scored a layup with eight seconds left, but Caldwell hit two more free throws before the Phoenix made a jumper at the buzzer.

PLAYER NOTES
• Junior forward Demajeo Wiggins notched his third double-double of the season, and ninth of his career, with a 13-point, 16-rebound effort. This season, Wiggins has now had four double-digit rebound games, and eight double-figure scoring games.
• Redshirt-freshman guard Justin Turner posted the first double-double of his career, as he finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals. Turner 7-for-16 from the floor, and 6-for-7 at the line. Turner has five 20-plus point games in 2017-18.
• Sophomore guard Rodrick Caldwell scored 20-plus points for the third time this season. Caldwell went 10-for-11 at the free throw line, and scored 21 points while adding five rebounds, two assists and a steal.
• Caldwell became the first Falcon since Spencer Parker on Feb. 2, 2014 (vs. Buffalo) to make 10-plus free throws in a game.
• Sophomore guard Dylan Frye concluded the contest with nine points, six rebounds, two blocks and one steal. He made two triples, and has now made multiple three-pointers in nine of 12 games in 2017-18. He's made at least two three-pointers in 19-career games.
• Freshman forward Daeqwon Plowden posted six points, three rebounds, one assist, and one steal.
• Redshirt-junior forward Jeffrey Uju earned his second-career start, and registered four points, four rebounds, three blocks, one assist and one steal.
• Freshman guard Nelly Cummings scored three points, and also added one rebound and one assist. Cummings has had at least one assist in every game this season.
• Junior guard Antwon Lillard contributed in a multitude of ways, finishing with two points, three assists, four rebounds, and one steal.
• Senior guard Matt Fox hit two clutch free throws in overtime, and also had two rebounds in the game.
