WMU lands another impressive class

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Western Michigan announced its 2016 signee class on Wednesday. The Broncos signed 25 new student-athletes to letters of intent for the 2016-17 season. The class ranks atop the MAC for the third straight year, giving the Broncos back-to-back-to-back No. 1 recruiting classes.
 
Included in that class are 18 three-star or higher prospects, 19 two-sport athletes, 14 all-conference selections and seven state champions.
 

By position, the Broncos signed .  .  .

.  .  .  one quarterback, five defensive backs, four linebackers, four offensive linemen, three defensive linemen, three wide receivers, two running backs, two tight ends and a kicker.
