With the loss Bowling Green falls to 6-3 on the season and 4-1 at home on the year. The game counted as an exhibition contest for the Ferris State Bulldogs, who have won nine straight games counting the win over BGSU on Sunday.
"Obviously we got outplayed from the opening tip. All the credit needs to go to their staff and players. We knew coming into the game that we were playing a hot opponent. They had won eight in a row. From the video and scouting, they're a good basketball team. They proved it today," said head coach Chris Jans.
